The Moon Pilates Studio - Founder’s Message

Hello, I am Tümay Kuruoğlu, the founder of The Moon Pilates Studio.

Since beginning this journey in 2009, I have personally experienced the profound physical and mental benefits of Pilates. My goal is not only to guide you through exercises but also to inspire you to adopt a healthy lifestyle. With this purpose in mind, I strive to help my students better understand their bodies, move correctly, and develop sustainable healthy habits.

When founding The Moon Pilates Studio, I envisioned more than just a workout space; I created a welcoming environment where individuals could safely train, achieve their personal goals, and enhance their mind-body connection.

Today, we aim to address common modern issues such as office syndrome, posture disorders, and mobility limitations through the scientific and controlled approach of Pilates. In every session, our focus is on increasing body awareness, strengthening posture, and improving overall quality of life.
