Studio Rules

Be on Time

Our classes start exactly on time and last for 50 minutes. A 10-minute break is reserved between sessions for the instructor’s preparation. If you arrive late, your class time will not be extended. Please make sure to arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before your session.

Silence Your Phone

Upon entering the studio, please silence or turn off your phone. This helps you stay focused during the session and maintains a positive environment for everyone.

Hygiene Rules

Before starting the class, it is kindly requested that you wash or sanitize your hands. Following hygiene rules ensures a healthier and safer environment for all participants.

Grip Socks or Bare Feet Only

Grip socks or bare feet are required during Reformer Pilates classes. Regular socks are not allowed as they may cause slipping and compromise movement control.

Health Notification

If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, or have any health condition, please inform your instructor before the session. This ensures that exercises can be modified safely for your needs.

Respect and Kindness

We prioritize creating a positive, supportive, and respectful environment at our studio. Please always be kind and considerate toward instructors and fellow participants.

The Moon Pilates Studio – Cancellation Policy

  • Our cancellation policy requires at least 12 hours’ notice before your scheduled session.
  • If you cancel less than 12 hours before your session, the session credit will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled.
  • There are no cancellation rights for group classes. Students enrolled in group classes are expected to attend the scheduled day and time.
  • Your reserved session time is exclusive to you. Early cancellations allow us to offer the slot to another student.
  • Important Note: Please consult the studio for detailed information regarding cancellation and rescheduling rights before purchasing any package. Cancellation terms may vary depending on the type of package.
