Privacy Policy

The Moon Pilates & More (“we”, “us”) runs the studio at 391/58 Thappraya Soi 13, Pattaya, Chon Buri 20150 and the website themoonpilatesstudio.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, phone number, email, LINE ID and messages when you contact us by LINE, WhatsApp, phone, email or a form, including forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads.
• Your answers in those forms, for example which membership interests you or your Pilates experience.
• Member account: when you sign up, book or buy a package, your account, bookings and payments are handled by our booking system MoveMembers. We see your name, contact details, bookings and packages.
• Job applications: the details you send through our “Work with us” form.
• Website use: pages you visit, buttons you click, device and browser type, approximate location and the ad that brought you to us, collected by cookies only if you accept them.

Why we use it

• To answer your questions and contact you about the class or offer you asked about.
• To manage your membership, bookings and payments.
• To improve our website and measure which ads work, so we spend less on ads that don’t help anyone.
• To show our ads to people who visited our website (only with your cookie consent).
• To review job applications.
• Legal bases under the PDPA: your consent, taking steps for a contract you request, and our legitimate interests in running the studio.

Cookies and tracking

• We use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Pixel.
• These load only after you tap “Accept” on the cookie banner. If you decline, they don’t set advertising or analytics cookies.
• You can change your choice any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser; the banner will appear again.

Who we share it with

• We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the studio:
• MoveMembers (bookings, memberships, payments), Google (analytics, ads), Meta (Facebook / Instagram ads and lead forms), LINE and WhatsApp (messaging), Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (email delivery).
• Some of these providers store data outside Thailand. They protect it under their own privacy terms and standard safeguards.
• We may disclose data when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and ad form leads: up to 12 months after our last contact with you.
• Member data: while your membership is active and up to 5 years after, for accounting and legal reasons.
• Job applications: up to 12 months.
• Website analytics: up to 14 months.

Your rights

• Under the PDPA you can ask to see, copy, correct or delete your data, move it to another provider, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time.
• You can also complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.
• To use any of these rights, contact us below. We reply within 30 days.
